I was wondering if anybody has customized a queue for purpose of having users submit requests for IT development (in-house programs), new application request or modification to existing ones including custom report requests.  I was thinking I could potentially use Kace for this purpose.  Allowing users to place their requests and once approved assign it to programmer.  Once ready for implementation upon obtaining proper approvals, I can submit a change request to change control approvers.
