Adobe Illustrator CS2 via Zenworks - Possible?
Can't seem to figure out a way to install Adobe Illustrator CS2 via Zenworks. There are 4 .msi's that need to be installed for the total product, and I continually get 1603 fatal errors when trying to run these through Zenworks 4. Any ideas for alternate approaches?

You get the 1603 fatal errors for different reasons. First, check the EventViewer for the more specific Windows Installer error message. I guess the problem could be the lack of administrative rights. If I'm right, try to modify the ZEN Application Object to be executed as "secure system user" or "unsecure system user" to get the necessary system rights.
Nevertheless, I know there are problems in deploying Adobe patches (.msp) with ZEN 4. That's what I experienced with Acrobat Elements and Professional. The answer from Novell was, "ZEN 4 is end of live, please upgrade".

Good luck

You'd be able to download all the Patches from adobe.com.
If you only have .exe files, start the .exe file and at the time when the first dialogue shows up, check out the %temp% directory for the .msp file.
Then you can add the file in the Zen Application Object on the page MSI and then choose Patches and then browse your file. Make sure that all users have access to that path.
Hope that helps
