Advanced search within static label not possible?

I have a static label that I added specific devices into.  I've created a software deployment to deploy a program to those devices.  I want to search that static label to see if any of the devices do not have the software installed yet, but whenever I click the Advanced Search tab and search for the software title, it resets the scope to All devices instead of the label I created.

Is this not possible?  Is there any way to query non-smart labels for things?

  • Why don't just open the software deployment you created and at the bottom click on the Show All link and it will show you who you targeted and who is still left to install on.

It should say Installed or Not Installed - nshah 8 years ago
  • That's awesome, I did not see this area, however, I do have other use-cases for searching within static labels. Is this possible, or not? - matt1738 8 years ago
