Agent logo override is not working
Hey Guys, everyone fine?!
i am having a trouble uploading a new agent logo to appliance, very well, the logo is uploading, but is not applying on agents.
When i send new messagens like a Scripts or Patches, keep me showing the Dell Kace's logo.
Whats is the problem? i search a lot on internet but, without success
I am using a .bmp and 100x19 image with 562kb

The size should be 100x38 with 256 colors. - flip1001 7 years ago

I'm having the same problem. I've even used the smaller sized version of our logo (43x38), 8-bit .bmp, and still no success...aaarggghhh!! ;-( Any ideas?? - kevingencore 5 years ago
