Agent unable to upgrade.

  • Does the agent install manually if you try to download and install from the samba share?

    Also, do any of these comments help?

  • i can manually install on both PC and MAC successfully,
    i checked the comments and i an using a AD admin account, i cannot use a local PC account because we have LAPS implemented so every admin password is different

  • Check Your Login Credentials. I had an issue like this before where i had to retype the Admin Credentials. Create a new one and see if that works - bblank05 7 years ago
