Alternation location credentials - Account lockout?
What is the purpose in the auto population of the username and password under "Alternate credentials"?
Can it be prevented?
It seems like it auto inserts my username and pw, then causes account lockouts a month or so later when my pw changes.

If it's an LDAP label, credentials are needed to query your Active Directory for information.
What's the name for this label? it says it was created eight years ago....
You might want to check if this label is needed or not, and if it's looking for users or devices information from your AD server.
The KACE SMA does not have a way to auto-populate fields, this might be happening because of an browser plugin, or because there were credentials previously saved there.

Thanks for the reply.
You're correct. I have a few computers I use for the admin stuff and my name has always populated there so I figured it was a Kace thing. I tested other machines and my name doesn't show up.
It sounds like the fields can be blanked out and the labels should still work. We have ldap access setup otherwise so no need to enter credentials on individual items.
