KACE Product Support

It's probably not a KACE issue, that's most likely how it shows up in the BIOS.  There's a WMIC command to confirm this (from a command prompt):

wmic systemenclosure get chassistypes

This link will show what chassis types correspond to: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee156537.aspx

Once confirmed, you would need to back to the device manufacturer to have them update the chassis type in the next BIOS release.

If it shows differently in the BIOS than what the computer inventory in the K1 shows, open a ticket with KACE support.
