The Kbox has a built in report called
"Managed Installs and Associated Computers"
You could duplicate it and play around with the values you desire to see.
Remember that you can apply labels to the reports to filter results.

i open "Managed Installs and Associated Computers" and try to edit this report. In "Fields to Display" i cannot find date Modified. - yos.j.linggarjati@sat.co.id 6 years ago

you can't modify built in scripts
