Deploy iTunes via SCCM - Help!

All.  We have a few hundred Windows users that need frequent itunes updates.  I want to use SCCM to distribute and I've read about how hard it is.  All I want to do is:

-Update iTunes only (unless there are dependencies I must update as well?)

-Have it accept the EULA

-Have it automatically install a new release silently when/if it finds a new version if iTunes.  Not sure if possible on this.  SCCM will be installing it with Admin rights, so perhaps it could do so for future installs if just updating?

-Show no other prompts during/after install.

-Not set iTunes as the default media player.

I was hoping to run something like itunessetup.msi with a few basic MSI switches, but doesn't sound that simple.  Can anyone assist with the above questions?   We are using SCCM 2007 for distribution.  Can I use the Win x64 installer to also install on 32-bit Windows XP SP3 operating systems?

Thanks!
