Desktop Shortcut trouble

I am trying to push a shortcut on the Public Desktop on Windows 7, and am having issues. I tried the Desktop Shortcuts wizard, but it did not like the Target address because it is an internet shortcut that ends in .aspx . When I try to put that in as the target, it says to enter a valid target. I came up with a script that copies it from a different location, and it works when I push it. The problem that I am having is that if I add the script to a Label it does not run at check in. I have all of the boxes on the Restrict Label usage section unchecked which I believe should make it not have any restrictions. Managed Installs are working fine at check in. I have never been able to get the scripting to work at check in. When I go to one of the machines under Inventory it shows the script I am trying to push under the scripting logs section, but it just has a question mark. Is there a setting I am missing to be able to get scripts to run this way?

I think you're encountering a bug in an older agent. Contact support and get the 5.3 server and agent release. It's available for general release, we just haven't posted it on the download site yet.
