Dynamically naming computers with SetComputerName
We currently use SetComputerName to name our computers after their serial numbers. We would like to make it a little more dynamic with laptops by adding an identifier after the serial number (ie. -L after $Serial). I have tried using AutoIT to find the chassis and edit the SetComputerName arguments with no luck. Does anyone do anything similar in their naming scheme and how do you do it?
