Error SSL Certificate When Trying to download Patches

Hi, 


Since a couple of days ago i'm getting this error while downloading patches.

Checking the reports I found:

I'm trying to figure it out if I can do something about it.

Are you using a self signed certificate in your SMA?

I did not configure it. I'm not sure

  2. did anything change in your sma?
  3. is your sma version supported and have latest patches applied?
  4. you might have to contact quest support to get them to have a look: https://support.quest.com/contact-support

Yes, It worked more than one year, until a couple of days ago.

2.did anything change in your sma?

No

3.is your sma version supported and have latest patches applied?

I see an Update but, I haven't applied it

4.you might have to contact quest support to get them to have a look: https://support.quest.com/contact-support
