Exporting Tickets in K1000

Is it possible to export tickets from Help Desk Queues  with summaries and resolutions into an easy to read format?

  • There are a couple of canned reports already included in the K1000 (open tickets by category, open tickets by owner, etc.), that can export the info in many formats including pdf, html, txt, etc., if none of those work you may want to create a custom one with SQL. - Ericenri 7 years ago

I just went thru the "Report Wizard" and was able to create a report that included Queue name, summaries and resolutions which I was able to export in HTML, CSV, TXT, XLS and PDF. That should work for you.

You can export the tables with MySQL Workbench - for example to a .csv-file.
I use this to export my ticketrules (as a kind of backup) - you can open the file with excel.
