[Help] Dell KACE Report Age and Model of machine
Hi all,
I'm having a difficult time using the Wizard to generate what seems like a straightforward report. I need to create a report that:
1. Shows the age of our PCs and Laptops
2. Shows the model of each PC/laptop.
We're an all Dell shop so this report should be pretty easy to create but the Wizard feels a bit cumbersome/convoluted to use.

To display the model just select "System model" underneath "Manufacturer and BIOS Info" in the reporting wizard generator. For the age of the machine you can report when the computer or laptop was added to Kace. I don't know if that is exactly what you are looking for but you just select "Created" underneath Device Identity Information. - gkiedrowski 7 years ago

This shows the ship date and not the age but it should work otherwise.
SELECT DISTINCT(MACHINE.NAME),
MACHINE.OS_NAME,
MACHINE.CS_MODEL,
DA.SHIP_DATE AS "Ship Date"

LEFT JOIN DELL_ASSET DA on MACHINE.BIOS_SERIAL_NUMBER = DA.SERVICE_TAG
