How access to organisation configuration?

Hello,

I have a K1000 Appliance, and I should be access to a organisation configuration for create a second organisation.
When I follow a Administrator's guide, I need to connect on http://k1000/system and click on a organisation in the menu on the left.

But I haven't the menu organisation while i am Administrator of the entire platform.

Can you help me understand why I don't have access to this setting?

Thank you for you help.
Best Regards.

  • Moreover following the administration guide, I'm asked to activate rapid switching for organizations. This is done by going to http://k1000/admin -> Settings -> General Settings. And then checking "Show the Organization Menu in the Administrator Header". But this parameter doesn't appear either in my interface.
    Thank you for you help.

  • It sounds like your License Key doesn't have Organizations, better contact your sales representative, to confirm if you paid for a license with organizations. - Channeler 6 years ago

it sounds like you got a standard license but you need an orgs enabled license to configure orgs.
Contact your sales rep to upgrade the license if you really need orgs.
