How can I check for older version of MS Project installed to Installed Newer version
How can I check for older version of MS Project installed to installed Newer version. Using Wise Pacakage Studio 5 is there any way out to.
1) Older versions should be removed to install newer version.
2) If Unable to remove the older version needs to pop an error display to Uninstall a older version.
Awaiting Quick Response.

Thanks Bob!
yshariff,
You could use AppSearch to find out an uniq file or registry entry for older version of MS Project.
If found search through the HKLM\...\Uninstall registry key for "Project" and find the uninstall key there.
However, I would instead prompt the installer to remove it manually first and then go ahead with the actual installation.
If this is going to be deployed in "your" environment then doing an application inventory should give you more information of what to look for.
