there are some things the system in question needs to do.
There are so many smarter ways:
The cheapest one: setup a PXE server where the image is located and then reboot and let the system in question boot from PXE.
Also you can just use a KACE SDA (you have the professionals here!) to do it. This is a usual function of this appliance.
