How to create a certain type of report?

Trying to create a report to see if 2 Kb articles are installed but the report pulls every other KB but the ones I am looking for in the report so not sure what I am doing incorrect. I have changed different filters but still pulls the same report.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • What two KBs are you looking for? Are you looking for a report that shows all the devices with them install or a list of devices without them installed? - DaveMT 6 years ago
  • You can skip the smart label and use an advanced search to find computers that don't have the patches installed (I normally search using Software Titles does not contain KBxxxxxx). After you have the search setup you can click Choose Action, Create Report. - chucksteel 6 years ago

One way that might be easy for you is to do an advanced search/Smart Label search and save it as a smart label.  You can then create a report based off that search and it should give you the results you are hoping for.
