How to stop the icon on the desktop after installing Adobe Reader 11?

I'm successful at pushing Acrobat Reader 11 silently, but I'd like to add a switch that doesn't put the icon on the desktop.  Any ideas?  I've tried to use the following, but it didn't work:

AdbeRdr11000_en_US.msi /quiet /qn ADDDESKTOPICON=0

The Adobe Customization Wizard for Acrobat XI products has been released and is availabe on this link: http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=1&platform=Windows

Use this with your MSI to produce an MST that contains your customisations - this includes disabling autoupdates and managing shortcuts etc., and many more items you probably haven't considered.

This is Adobe's prescribed method of modifying an installation of a XI product, and it makes the task a lot easier to perform.

Hope that helps,

it appears the isntaller for adobe reader 11 does not have a property called ADDDESKTOPICON in the property table MSI installer

however using orca to create a transform file removing the row under the shortcut table called

SC_READER_DT

and running the installer with the transform file will prevent the desktop shortcut from being created.
