Is the Customer Satisfaction Survey editable?
I see several questions on this from 2014 and 2013. I am hoping that by now, 2018, Kace has heard from their customers and has made the survey editable. Anyone? Heck, I would actually start with actually seeing the survey, since I can't even find the actual survey to look at!

We decided to use a home grown survey system that better suits our needs. In the long run it was just easier.
