Is there a way to create a URL \ Link to a specific Queue to create a new ticket in said queue?

I would like to be able to create a link to a specific queue to create a new ticket in that queue, is this possible?

  • Use the kbox/Userui to determine the url for a new ticket.

    Created a shortcut with the following URL and it worked for me.
    kbox/userui/ticket.php?QUEUE_ID=1&SERVICE_ID=0 - jfields 10 years ago
