Is there a way to make application deployments look like it is a WSUS update?

I am often deploying applications that require the users to be logged off and I would like to create way to so that the users can't log in and it just looks like any other WSUS update.

The tools I have are SCCM 2007 (soon to be 2012)

Clients Win7 x64 x86 and XP

Is there something from Microsoft you can use?

I don't think you need a tool for this. I recommend you adjust your process to accomplish your goals. If users shouldn't be logged on, schedule for after hours, force a reboot on your machines and then update. In a typical M-F/8-5 business, targeting on a Friday night drastically minimizes your chances that someone logs in and interrupts the updates and gives your machines 48+ hours to complete the updates successfully before being interrupted.
