iTunes install works but not in KACE

I've followed the common practices, setup multiple MSIs with MSTs, run from a batch file, and the parental control registry fix.

When I copy it to my VM and run it manually, it works fine.  When i try to deploy it via KACE it botches.  It completes, but then when you try to run it, it seems to start some install configuration again, and then it comes up asking to update, despite the key and everything.

I've submitted a ticket and no one has any answers.  It seems strange that it works fine under an admin (non-user) account, but not via KACE.  When I even used the same credentials as a script to install it, it failed as well.

Anyone else run into this?

I remember this being kind of a pain. I think the last time I configured it I used something similar to the first link.

Don't install the AppleSoftwareUpdate.msi

I skip this and the Bonjour.msi and both iTunes and QuickTime run fine. Except for the nag screen about Bonjour's file sharing option which we don't want.
