K1000 SSH login username/password
Do customers have the ability to SSH into the K1000? I can access it via putty, but the admin username/password doesn't let me log in.

Root access would be great, because the UI does not permit the setting of SSL Ciphers or other pertinent information for access to the database offbox. We get moronic errors relating to Protocol mismatch and without root access we cannot debug these issues. We are fully capable of rooting the box, but that would void support. It would be nice if KACE would simply allow access to the box, and if we damage it then so be it, but hiding the root password or preventing customer access to root is quite absurd. - cjacksonactx 8 years ago

Answer Summary:
There is no customer access to the backend. Only KACE L3 support can access it in the event backend access is needed.

There currently is not customer level access for SSH. HomerM is correct that KACE support uses it to repair your K1000 in the event that the UI is unavailable or if backend access is needed.
