K2000 Driver Harvesting Utility

I am new to using Kace and our K2000 box is configured to update it's driver feed.  However, we have 20 Inspiron 15z  laptops (Windows 8) which are not showing under the driver feed.  I have run the Driver Harvesting Utility, input the hostname (IP address), samba share password and destination library.  However, when the utility runs I receive a message "drivers haven't been sent to K2000".  I have reset the samba share password and the IP address is correct.  Any assistance appreciated.

The driver harvesting utility is old and I expect will be put to rest in the near future. I highly recommend Double Driver for harvesting drivers: http://www.boozet.org/dl.php?product=dd&mirror=2

Custom driver feeds are built on \\k2000\drivers_postinstall. Make sure and run the driver feed discovery script on the model and OS/arch of system that you wish to create a feed for (located in \\k2000\drivers_postinstall\feed_tools) and create the directory structure EXACTLY as it's shown in the "Path:" area of the script.

I didn't have much success with the harvesting utility, but you can manually place the drivers in your K2 and recache them.  Just follow the folder structure accordingly and it should work fine.
