KACE upgrade
Hi everyone,
I am currently running ver 6.4 K1000 and its stable, but I will need to upgrade and need some advice. Should I just go to 8.0 that just got released or go to 7.1 and wait to see what 8.0 does. I am terribly concerned as this will be my first update since being in charge of my company's KACE.
Also, how has everyone been handling getting Powershell out to all users? I know that starting with 7.0 KACE now requires all users to have PS installed on the machines.

I'm not sure what you mean by "getting Powershell out to all users". Powershell is included in a standard OS install for Windows 7 and up. - MichaelMc 6 years ago

I would not recommend upgrading passed the 6.4.x series unless you have a dev environment to test. Numerous issues including e-mail problems reported on 7.0 and 7.1 with very little from support on perm fixes. - kbigelow80 6 years ago

I think their latest version is 7.1.149
Unless you are a beta tester... I don't like BETAS (Guinea Pig Trauma)
