"Not Enough Memory" When trying to Load KBE?

I have a couple systems now that are unable to load the KBE. I am able to PXE boot, and select the KBE. The system then starts to load it, with its happy progression of dots, but then suddenly is interrupted with an extremely temporary message that says something like "Not enough memory." Its hard to make the message out since it only flashes, and then the system reboots.

The systems in question have more than enough memory to load the KBE. With one of them, the memory has been swapped out, with the same results.

Has anybody seen this issue? What could be going on here?

Our student techs just came to with this same problem 20 minutes ago and my first answer was the A13 bios.

The Bios the on the 790's is A11.  The strange thing is it works fine with a boot CD or stick.  Only one out of 4 is doing this also.  Looks like the link may not have negotiated proper settings, trying to track down network crew to look at switch port for to see if that is the problem. The one is not even getting to the dots all the time it will hang right after it starts loading intel's builtin PXE.
