Only getting 5Mbps from K2000 RSA

For some reason we are only getting 5Mbps from our RSA. The network team has looked into it and they see nothing wrong. Could it be the VM it is sitting in? What are the minimum specs for the hardware for adequate performance?

The performance of an RSA is highly controlled by the type of system which is being used to host the RSA. Some items to also look at on the VMWare software is if the CPU and Disk is set to be high priority so it can access the disk or CPU when needed instead of being placed into a queue to wait for any other systems.

Not sure why, but here is the answer: http://www.itninja.com/question/slow-imaging-on-surface-pro-4

We narrowed it down to only the SP4s... SP2s seem fine.
