PRIVATE PROPERTY vs PUBLIC PROPERTY
Hi Guys,
Am working on an apps that has private property ALLUSERS=1. i added another ALLUSERS=2 property to overide the other one.
Would it work this way?

Seems that there are user specific settings that are missing that cannot be repaired due to permissions or there may be some temporary files/registry it triggers on. Did you repackage or use a vendor msi?
Look in the event viewer to see what component(s) the repair is triggered by and try to resolve it.

The problem is that vendors often takes for granted that users are local administrators, so you properbly have to open up som directory/file or registry entry so the self-healing can manage to repair the resource.
Use regmon and filemon from sysinternals and search for the "Access Denied" status to investigate what resources you have to raise permissions for.
