Shortcut is not launching first time for PGP Desktop

Hi All,

I have created a MSI for PGP Desktop 64-bit application by removing the startup icon "PGPtray.exe".

After installing the package , When I launch the application shortcut "PGP Desktop" first time it is not launching (No error).

But when I launched second time it is working fine...

You valuable inputs will get very helpfull.

Take a look at the Windows Application log in Event Viewer (eventvwr.exe) for references to the program name upon that initial launch as it is likely to provide more information. 

Comments:
  • If you captured...forget it..it wont work.....it has encryption drivers which never work on capture..I have learnt it hard way... - blacklisted_packager 10 years ago
