SMS2.0: Exceed 6.x uninstall package

I am working on an SMS package which can uninstall Exceed nt (6.x).

Checking the Hummingbird Knowledge Base on how to do this, they say to use:

uninstal -s

I have setup this up in my SMS package but when I test the uninstall as a normal user. All it does is remove the Exceed icons from the desktop and "All Program" menu. It does not remove the actual files under "Program Files". The SMS package is set to run as the local admin context.

If I run this command line as a local admin, at the DOS prompt, it does a full uninstall correctly.

Are you sure that the SMS client is running with Admin rights? It should be using a System account or better.

Yes, the SMS package it set to 'run with Administrator rights' and the check box 'Use Windows NT Client software installation account' is also checked.
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
so that the conversation will remain readable.
