I am trying to create a Organization for DMZ servers that are not on the domain. However when I create the Organization I can't access it in the drop-down menu why?

I follow the steps to create a new organization, and create the organization. Because the machines that will report to this organization are not on the domain, I think I do not necessarily require a filter. However I am not able to access the Org via the drop down menu. I can see it as available in the drop-down menu when I go tho the login page as admin, but I can't access it. But I can't see it in the drop-down menu when I login to the system side either. Does anyone know is the only way to fully utilize a organizational by using a filter to access it?  Then regarding machines that are not on the domain will they by default show up in the Default org and have to be moved to the Org I choose?

So your account or username, they have to exist in the new organization, with the same identical password.

I would say try to access with the Local "admin" account, and see if it's accessible, this is to discard a possible permissions issue.

In regards question 2, you could use something called, Data Filters, these are like search criteria, and if a device matches that criteria, then it will be sent to the Organization attached to that criteria.
e.g.  Devices with IP  to  will be sent to ORG Number 2.

You may want to check page 115 of the KACE Administrator's guide, "About Organization filters"
And page 253, "Managing Organization Filters"
