K2000: Unexpected Status code when downloading Optiplex 9010 driver feed package. (407)

I have noticed that there are missing driver feeds on the k2000.

When I try and manually download drivers for the plex 9010, I receive the above error.

  • I had a similar error after a Tier 3 Engineer tethered onto the Kbox. To resolve the issue I 1) removed the 'Enable Tether' tick from Help>Kace Support Tether and 2) double checked over the proxy settings and confirmed the Kbox could get out to the Internet. Looks to be all working now - NinjaPhil 10 years ago

I just installed this driver feed (Windows 7 x64) on my K2 to test, and it appeared to go fine.  Might be worth a ticket to support, or you could try manually building the feed if you're in a pinch.

Do all drivers act this way? or just the Optiplex 9010?

Any firewalls or packet blockers on the network?

Only the latitude 6430u has the same error message.

As far as I am aware, the k2000 is behind the firewall, but I guess I could check that out.
