Versions of Microsoft Office not showing up in the Software Catalog

Hello,

I recently changed appliances, and when I had the old appliance, the versions of Office showed up with a count and was able to count that against the licensing.  Now, some of the versions of Office are showing up in Software, but not showing up in The Software Catalog at all.  I can't figure out why it isn't working.

Has anyone seen this issue before?

Hello,

check if the Software Catalog is update on the appliance: you can have a look in Settings-> Server Maintenance
The process that is collecting the data used by the Software Catalog from the devices runs every 24h normally so it may take time to get all the data.
Forcing manually the inventory does not force this process to run.
 I hope this helps.
