we have office 2010 sp2 & Lync 2013 (kb2910927) update. Now we need to install Skype for Business(kb2889923) update.
with out upgrade to office 2010 Sp2 to Office 2013 Sp1, is there any way to install the Skype for business(kb2889923) ???

Are you having issues doing just that?
This TechNet article appears to show that Office 2010 integrates with Skype for Business.
With Lync 2013 installed you should be able to run Office 2013 SP1 update - which should just patch Lync, as you don't have other Office 2013 components installed. Following that install the Skype for Business update.
