What's the best way to connect external devices to a K1000 box on a secure network?
We have several workstations that are not connected to our network, but we would like to to inventory, do remote access, and deploy software to them while making sure our K1000 box is secure. Would replication be our best bet or use could services? Is there documentation that I can look at.

You can enable SSL and open the ports needed for the agent to communicate to the kbox through your firewall...

Depending how they are able to connect the K1000.
Replication only have all files locally so you don't deploy over the WAN connection.
VPN would be a good thing to get the remote systems to your network.
