Where are processes stored within KACE database?

I'm looking to write a rule that will modify my Process UI.  Essentially, I want there to be a multiple select box (and if I can, get it to pre-select some fields) based on what checkbox they click, to launch the proper process.  Complicated wording probably doesn't help.

It would seem I found them under HD_SERVICE , atleast the name and comment, but not seeing the physical ticket templates.

So still need child ticket templates, if anyone knows where.

I guess a big help would be: where are the processes stored within the database?  I've been digging through, and can't seem to find them, or I would be able to reference them.

Honest, I don't think you can trigger a process that way. To the best of my knowledge you can only do it through the GUI interface.

Not sure if anyone has any thoughts but it might be something that support may need to chime in on.

  • Well it seems silly to make 5 processes for a new hire when all we really need is 1 process with 4-5 triggers (i.e. what software they may need, or what equipment) based on a simple CHECKBOX saying They need this "type" of setup. - Wildwolfay 11 years ago
  • makes sense but for now, unless someone else has come up with a work around, is to trigger the process via the GUI interface. You can submit a feature request at :

Someone may have something that just hasn't responded yet. - nshah 11 years ago
