Where's a good Primer for MSI Installs?
I'm pretty new to centralized deployments, and fairly new to KACE itself. I have been having trouble getting started on setting up some software deployments to practice for production use on my network.
It seems like everywhere I turn for help with MSI commands, the enviroment (whether a forum, website, documentation, etc.) is more for people who already have quite a bit of experience doing this kind of deployment, rather than someone who needs a crash course.
I'm not asking for the crash course, but rather, where should I turn if I need to learn how to depoloy any software using KACE and MSI commands, and so forth? I even have an installation of Adobe Reader that I did about a year ago, but I don't know what any of the commands mean, nor do I know how to find out what commands I should be looking for.
I'm open to books, but I don't like paper very much...
