Windows 10 Creator Update (1703)

Hi all,
Going off topic for this site but has anyone else install a fresh copy of the Creator Update? If so, have you tried to install software through Internet Explorer after it automatically downloads and runs it? This feature doesn't seem to be working for me anymore through IE but works fine in Edge and Chrome. Seems as if they've turned the option off in IE. Does that make sense? Anyone know where to check to possibly turn it on?

I have installed 1703 on 5 laptops currently at 1607
On DELL Vostros the networking, both ethernet and WiFi, was totally stuffed and could not be made to work.
On Dell Studio, the updated failed mid way through and rolled back.
On Lenovo X61, the 1703 update screwed up the sound service and there was an annoying random clicking from the speaker. In addition, the mouse would freeze for several seconds at quite regular intervals.

All rolled back successfully.  As none of these machines had any problems going to the previous 1607 build, all I can say is that the 1703 build appears badly flawed based on my experiences, and I will not be installing it anywhere until there is much better visibility of the issues and how Microsoft fixes them.

Also, you now lose the "Control Panel" option and it is replaced with "Settings".

Yea, it's annoying that it's gone from the context menu but you can still search for it in Cortana which is something at least. Sorry to hear you have so many problems with the laptops.
