I used the below commands to install CISCO WebEx Productivity Tools 2.80.501.401 via an SCCM 2007 Package / Task Sequence. The theory should be the same for all command line executions though. FYI this is generally paired with the CISCO WebEx Meetings Application 8.29.0.401 (to be installed first) - which I have detailed here: http://www.itninja.com/software/cisco/webex-meetings/8-1926

The below command installs, configures the site URL and also enables additional features - OneClick, Office Toolbar and IE integration. (All possible features are detailed in the CISCO documentation - page 3 of this PDF: https://support.webex.com/US/PT/wx_pt_ag.pdf)

msiexec.exe /i ptools.msi ALLUSERS=2 SITEURL="http://YOURSITE.YOURDOMAIN.COM" OC=1 OFFICE=1 IE=1 /l*v %WINDIR%\Temp\CISCOWebExProdTools2.8.0.501.401-Install.log /qn

The below command installs for all users and configures the site URL only:

msiexec.exe /i ptools.msi ALLUSERS=2 SITEURL="http://YOURSITE.YOURDOMAIN.COM" /l*v %WINDIR%\Temp\CISCOWebExProdTools2.8.0.501.401-Install.log /qn

Hope that helped someone :)

WebEx Productivity tool (ptools.msi) version 2.4.10001.10006 doesn't install with \q or \qn command. After talking to webex support they confirmed that this MSI doesn't work as advised in the administrative mass deployment guide. After several days of testing we concluded that the best way to run this install is by using \qb (basic user interface) command. Please keep in mind during this install users will be prompted to hit ok twice during the install dialog.
