With the new version of Cisco AnyConnect version 4.5, we wanted multiple components of it installed and just running the setup.exe required user interaction. I extracted the setup.exe files and pulled all the MSI files into one folder. Then created a batch file to install the desired components. In this case we wanted the main client and the diagnostic client. So my batch file reads:
msiexec.exe /i anyconnect-win-4.5.00058-core-vpn-predeploy-k9.msi /qb
msiexec.exe /i anyconnect-win-4.5.00058-dart-predeploy-k9.msi /qb
After creating the batch file, I zipped all files up and attached that to the Cisco AnyConnect software under the Software Inventory. Then when creating the distribution, I choose to override the default installation and have it call the batch file. Works very well for us.
Setup Type: Windows Installer (MSI)
Deployment Method Used: Windows Installer Command Line (No MST)
