Air apps, I just love them.
Installed Adobe Air physically.

You can then double click the Yammer.air file or use a silent commandline..
"AdobeAIRInstaller.exe" -silent -eulaAccepted "Yammer.air"
The .air file I had was Yammer v300216, launched Yammer and it updated to v300222

Turning off updates.
You need to turn off updates in AdobeAir & Yammer.

For Yammer, I edited a file:
%appdata%\Yammer\Local Store\#ApplicationUpdater\state.xml

Edit section...
<lastCheck>Thu Feb 12 19:04:20 GMT+0000 2015</lastCheck>

Just add a year on to the end date. (as the 2015 above, tested this on a system, if you change the System date to a day after the date, it prompts for an update)
As this is in App-V, instead of it prompting for updates all the time we will probably resequence it every couple of months.
