Disabling the Add Account Wizard in Citrix Receiver

To disable the Add Account Wizard for all users - I referenced the Citrix Article http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX135438

But I wound up having to do a trying Method 1 (renaming CitrixReceiver.exe to CitrixReceiverWeb.exe) did not work for all users so I employed method 1 and method 2 (Adding HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Citrix -"EnableFTU"=dword:00000000) together and that seemed to suppress for all users.

  • Hey - I'm trying to deploy Citrix Receiver 4.3.100. Nothing helped to suppress the E-Mail window after installation... I'm running CitrixReceiver.exe as Administrator with /silent, /EnableTracing=false and /EnableCEIP=false arguments. I also added the EnableFTU-Dwords to HKLM\Software\Citrix\Receiver and to HKLM\Software\Policies\Citrix. Nothing helped - after the installation, the popup is shown. - refLye 8 years ago
