We have implemented a new service for our current KACE customers. In order to access this area you need your valid quest support email address.
- To make sure you have the correct email address - visit https://support.quest.com/
- Once you have that email address, visit the settings section in your user profile https://www.itninja.com/profile/settings
- Type in your email address and click "Verify" - once you get a green message saying you are validated you can visit the https://www.itninja.com/community section and click "Customers" under the appropriate community.
