Kbox Service Desk Tickets are showing Special Charactes &(nbsp)

HI,

We are running Kbox version 5.3.47927 , We just have observed that Service Desk is showing special charactes in Tickets comments like & nbsp, which is HTML non breaking space.

Any help would be appreciated

  • I submitted this to technical support some time ago and they confirmed it as an issue. The release notes for 5.3.53053 contain the following:
    10202: HTML email from ticket rules have invalid content-type parameters.

    That sounds like it resolves this issue, but we haven't upgraded our server, yet, so I can't confirm that. We have also move all of our emails to custom ticket rules anyway, so this issue no longer really affects us. - chucksteel 12 years ago

  • However I dont understand,if this is an issue then it should have appear from the day one after the upgrade to 5.3, However this issue appeared after few months of upgrade. - afzal 12 years ago
