Benchmarking is something that we started doing about 3 years ago, as the original KACE Jumpstart delivery organisation in the European market, we have had nearly 10 years of experience, teaching and consulting on KACE, so we have a knack for identifying weaknesses in knowledge and helping customers understand and strengthen that knowledge.
