Has anyone been able to netboot Late 2016 Macbook Pro's to a K2000? I know there are adapter considerations due to USB-C, but with the Apple 10/100 USB Ethernet adapter converted to USB-C via the Apple USB-C Digital AV Multiport Adapter it does not work. It sees the K2000 but does not boot. I know 10.12 is not officially supported but has anyone been able to netboot? I have some Thunderbolt 2 to Thunderbolt 3 adapters coming for use with the 1Gbps Thunderbolt 2 ethernet adapters...
