Adding a link to a spreadsheet
I would like to put a list of job titles in a dropdown then when I click on one it opens a spreadsheet for that job title.

Yep, not sure you can do that as any drop down is usually static data and is most certainly not capable of containing live url links

I agree with Hobbsy. The next-best-thing (if you don't mind adding one click to the equation) you could put the link into the next column...then after you use the dropdown value to filter, the link would be available in the next column...and you can click it to go to your desired job.
