Adding additional Columns to list view in service desk

Is there a way to add additional sortable columns to the list view in the KACE Service Desk?

Service Desk>Configuration>Queues>your queue>Customize Fields and Layout>Ticket List Layout

Click the green plus mark symbol to add new columns.

  • Jnox - thanks a lot for your help. So I guess this is global and there is not a personal view preferences for this feature.

You also might want to check out the kace uservoice forums to see what they are planning to do and submit your own request. I think the link below is what you are looking for.
