Adobe Flash 10.0.12.36

Hi,
I'm quite new to packaging and I'm having trouble with the permissions for my Flash package.
I'm using Wise 7 and have run a setup capture of a executable I found from a link here: http://www.appdeploy.com/packages/detail.asp?id=1382 and added the mms.cfg file to disable updates.

When installing as an admin I keep getting error 1406's on the HKCR\CLSID registry keys. If I ignore all the errors it then installs successfully and the version is recognised (with the version checker on Adobe website).

Any hints or tips?

Thank you.

Hi Louise,
to repackage Flash Player is not a real good idea!
This package is available already as MSI package. See:
http://www.appdeploy.com/packages/detail.asp?id=1382
Expand "Related links".

And here is receipt to add "mms.cfg" to the MSI file:

Hope this points you in the right direction.

Do they still instist on creating a MSI wrapper for their legacy exe setup?
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
so that the conversation will remain readable.
